At Ellis Education, we believe every individual is unique and deserves the right support to unlock their full potential. I’m Nicky Ellis, the founder of Ellis Education, with over 21 years of experience in education, including 14 years as a Deputy Head Teacher and Specialist Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO). Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with families and schools to provide tailored support for children with complex needs. My passion is creating personalised solutions that empower neurodiverse individuals to flourish academically, professionally, and personally.

Dyslexia is more than just a difficulty with reading—it’s a challenge that can affect confidence, self-esteem, and everyday learning experiences. At Ellis Education, I understand how these struggles can impact individuals and their families. That’s why my mission is to provide supportive, evidence-based assessments and practical advice tailored to each learner. One of the key services I offer is Full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessments, designed to identify specific challenges and celebrate unique strengths. By gaining a deeper understanding of each individual’s needs, I aim to empower learners and their families with the tools and strategies they need to thrive and achieve their full potential.
